Warranty

All our products are covered by a legal guarantee as per current European Regulations.

The legal guarantee is valid for two years from delivery of the goods, is mandatory and it refers to a lack of conformity of goods within the purchasing contract.

The conformity of a good is considered fulfilled when:

• it matches the product description;
• it has the same or equivalent qualities from the model advertised or shown to the client;
• it is fit for purpose – either its standard purpose or a specific purpose ordered by the customer which you accepted;
• it shows the quality and performance normal in products of the same type.

What the Customer can claim?

The Customer have the right to ask the Company to do any of the following without any charge:

• repair the product
• replace the product
• reduce the price
